Enjoying a Manhattan today.
Irish Stout, Rye IPA, DIPA, and Amber Ale on tap. Eating carbs, on carbs, on carbs w/ a side of tryptophan. Best of all: how ‘bout dem boys!
Fairhope I Think Therefore I Amber pairs well with traditional Thanksgiving fare. Light body with enough bitterness to balance the unusually rich table.
I stuck with Trappist/Abbey beers. No turkey….shrimp in a mango habanero sauce.

Just the 2 of us. It’s delicious and SO much easier!
I enjoyed my homemade sugar free eggnog. And I enjoyed a couple Bells Two Hearted Ale clones I brewed a couple months ago. Our turkey was smoked and super yummy!
We had a delightful day with friends and family, with a featured beer including an American Strong Ale that I made. (just finished the 3 gallon keg last night)
