If bottled beer sits in a car trunk on a hot day for a few hours does it ruin it? What happens to beer being shipped to contests and stuff during hot summer days? Just how much heat does it take to ruin bottled beer?

I’ve had some car trunk SNPA. 24 hours in the trunk on a hot summer day. Not nearly as good as fresh but we drank it. Heat accelerates the staling reactions.
