I’m excited to join this amazing community of homebrewers! I’m the founder of Copperholic, a brand passionate about crafting high-quality copper alembic stills. We focus on combining traditional craftsmanship with modern tools to help brewers and distillers create exceptional beverages.
Aside from brewing and distillation, I’m currently working on building an AI-powered assistant designed to help brewers create recipes, troubleshoot brewing challenges, and streamline their brewing process. It’s an exciting project that I hope will bring even more creativity and efficiency to the brewing world!
