Here’s a picture of the filter.
My problem is I need to find a new way to attach it to my shelves that hold the rest of my brew setup. It has to come off the shelves shelves at least two times for every brew so a way to attach it and be able to easily take it off and put it back on would be great. Its about 4 lbs but with wort probably about 5 or 6. It’s on the hot side if it matters. Velcro tape is working but I’m hoping there is a better way. I’m pretty new to this DIY stuff.

Actually I am thinking just tying the hoses securely to the shelf both top and bottom might be enough support. Don’t know why I didn’t think of that before.
Does your strainer have a filter sock in it?
If yes it should be filled from bottom to the top.
I’m not sure what a filter sock is. It has a SS cylinder inside with holes. I have a screen I can put over it to get finer refinement but I don’t believe I’ll be using it unless I want to clear my beer up before bottling. It does fill up with hops and that’
s why i’ll need to detach it mid brew so I can empty the hops out. I’m thinking those plastic die downs will work on the hose just above the filter and just below. I hope lol. The only doubt I have is if the temperature on the outside of the hose will be hot enough to melt the ties.

Stainless Stell radiator hose clamps would be color coordinated with the filter and shelf. Keep the whole stainless motif going in your brewery. Just saying.
Genious! I had no idea they existed and I think they’ll work perfectly. Cheap too. If not the radiator hoses should work. Thanks guys.
