The value of your guitar may have just went up…Federal agents just raided the shop here in Nashville concerning construction of guitars with illegally imported wood… Just saw this on our internal wire [quote]Law enforcement officials raided a Gibson manufacturing plant in Nashville after allegations the company has been illegally importing endangered wood from West Africa. One interesting facet of this is that Gibson’s CEO is also on the board of the Rainforest Alliance…interesting to see how this plays out.
