Im sure some of you are using bottled water to brew with. I am using Spring water by Hinckley springs and the link to the water report seems rather bland. Should I be figuring this like its RO water and build from there? I dont even see calcium levels listed. Thanks,

Yes, what Stevie said. With that big of a variance, I don’t think you can reliably plan on where you are starting from brew to brew
