I made some caviar from the roe and the worst part was the separation of eggs from membrane.
But the best part was breakfast of rye toast butter and …caviar 8)
That looks nice! My cousin makes some every year from Lake Superior Trout and Salmon. My favorite combo is Melba Toast, Cream Cheese, Caviar, and a slice of green onion.
