Hey everyone! Just think - it was just a little over a week ago that we met in a conference room to discuss “hey, here’s what’s going on with our clubs and what we’re trying to do!”
I’m still going through the data and notes from the club talks I attended (I think we had 5 talks and I made 3 of them)
But I would also love to keep the discussion running here!
A few other things:
- I’m producing a report that looks through every thing we discussed to find trends and figure out skills/boxes/kits we can focus on for maximal impact.
- Three things that are very clear-
- Be Dynamic - keep promoting, talking, putting things out there, interacting with your members. You can’t just be “active” when your club has a meeting!
- Be On Time - don’t dally with your communications to folks! (For example - in a perfect world I would have had this post out on Monday!)
- Break jobs into tinier chunks and hand them off to people! “Many hands make light work” - this theme kept reappearing all over the place
- We’re going to get the first Club Meeting in a Box lesson out to folks!
