Howdy all - I’ve seen someone put a file like this together the last few years, and figured I would save them the time/trouble and just do it myself. If you’re going to HBC this week, here’s a sort of ‘cheat sheet’ for all of the educational sessions that are being given in Minneapolis:
Or, you can look at this Google Sheet (it’s non-editable):
-This does not show any Homebrew Industry Only seminars
-All seminars given at 2pm on Thursday are repeated. Repeated seminars are highlighted beige (ish?)
-Several meetings and Meet & Greets are listed on here, too
-This doe not have any BJCP events, or anything scheduled in the Homebrew Expo
I encourage everyone to download the app for the full conference overview. I just know that several people have commented that these sheets have made navigating the seminars much more manageable.
Thank you for posting! I am really excited to be there. This will be my first time. I am looking forward to learning and meeting everybody.
Our Club (CRAZE) will be serving at Club Night for the first time in Club history. We won’t have a fancy set up. But, we will have some fine, interesting brews to share with everybody. If you will be attending Club Night, please feel free to stop by and say hello.
I want to thank everybody on this forum for being willing to share their wisdom.
Cheers!
(or, if you’re going to be totally still sleeping after club night, find me in the hallway and I can give you the short version. And if you saw the recent Eagle Face Oatmeal Stout recipe in Zymurgy, I’ll have a replica of the original Eagle Face–Aquilops americanus–with me, too…get your homebrew selfie with a dinosaur skull!)
Just read your blog description for your session. Damn… as a beer drinker, I kind of want to sleep in. But, as a Biology teacher… this has my interest, and I have to check this out for sure. Thanks for posting the description - looking forward to it, it looks awesome!
Not sure whether this is the correct place to mention it, but I feel it’s my duty as a language person and as a Belgian homebrewer to report a typo on Homebrew HQ at GABF® - American Homebrewers Association. It says “Brewing and Enoying Smoked Beer”, but, obviously, it should be “Brewing and Annoying Smoked Beer”.
