How about setting up a second keg

I currently using a 5 gallon corny with a paint ball CO2 canister with a tap-rite dual gauge regulator in a side by side fridge, there is not much room for anything else .  I have recently acquired a small use u-line fridge and I am trying to make a decision what to use to dispense beer in the new fridge.  It is big enough hold 2 kegs either 5 gallon or 2.5 gallons.

Should I replicate my other fridge?

Should I get a mini regulator and use CO2 canisters or another paintball tank?

I like the idea of a mini regulator but I am not sure I want to deal with a bunch of CO2 canisters lying around, but I guess it would be nice to have something portable.

Any thoughts on a simpler secondary solution?

I would set up the second fridge as a stand alone unit. Purchase a standard regulator and a 5# CO2 tank. The first kegerater I built fit 4 kegs, it wasn’t long before I had to upgrade. If you plan on continuing in the hobby, you will need more room, the standard regulator/5# CO2 tank will grow with your needs.

I had thought about that as well and I am leaning towards doing that.
