For about a year now, double drop is used for all batches.
Pitch in morning, skim krausen the following morning.
All other yeasts used had some krausen next morning.
This yeast wanted no part of it, lots of krausen when checked
before going to bed. Next morning nothing, only a very small
bit of foam, almost nothing.
Pitched yesterday morning and it was 1.036, it is now 1.014.
I was questioning myself whether to use starter or not.
Oh well, there it sits for 2 weeks unit I have enough bottles.
Unless I resample the oat malt one and snag some bottles.
