Anyone have any experience with IYs new seasonal hybrid offering I10 Mangosteeni ? My LHBS owner sold me on it for a hazy. There’s not a lot of info out there when it comes to how it performs at the upper and lower points of its temp range.
It’s a blend of Kveik strains with some diastatic positive properties.
In general Kveik gives off more yeast character in the upper bounds of the temp range - so for a NEIPA, let it ferment at 100f.
