I was in a rush a couple of months back in my brewing schedule and decided a wheat beer that was in the primary was “done enough” because I needed the carboy. I went ahead and kegged it. You would think I’d have learned this lesson by now, but I am now serving a keg of foam. At least until I can get the excess CO2 purged and actually pour some liquid. :
The beer tastes good if use a spoon to drink it. I thought everyone could use a chuckle. ;D
I have done this. Too many times, actually. In my case, however, it was because I was impatient and wanted to drink the beer. And considering my continued inability to control myself I am sure I will fall prey to this again…
