Ingredient Guides (Malt/Hops/Yeast)

Does anyone know if there are any guides published describing all of the malt, hop or yeast varities available?  I know there are some internet sources like the resource guide on BYO and some white papers by the manufacturers but I was trying to find something consolidated and in print for easier reference.

There is nothing that I have ever come across that has ‘everything’ in it and is kept up to date… you just have to pool the different sources together for yourself.

Yeah, I think the “up to date” part is key and the hardest thing to manage for any print version.  It would be really nice if it was all consolidated on a website and you could print it as a pdf or something . . .

I have never seen an all inclusive and up-to-date reference either.  It sure would be nice though.  I end up going to the different manufacturer’s websites to get malt & yeast information.  For hop varieties I usually end up checking the BYO website.
