After hearing Drew and Denny talk with Gigantic (I think) about an IPA with a shot of Gin, I decided to try it out yesterday at the local tap house.
Damn!!! I think it’s going to become a thing. Very tasty and makes the aroma really pop.
If you are an IPA guy, try it.
We need a name for this thing. Boiler Maker is taken. Maybe something in the vein of Irish Car Bomb. Portland Hop Bomb maybe?

Edit - No ginger though. 
IPA & gin has not done it for me.
Something that plays on a G&T would work too…especially considering the similarities. (Gin + something bitter, with an aromatic of some sort)
