Hi all,

I’ve just got started six months ago and now enjoying young but very drinkable red wine, mead, alcoholic ginger beer and lemonade. My start up cost was really cheap as using 5 litre mineral water and balloon technique. All ingredients natural with no chemicals and from the supermarket so no crawling through bushes!

I used this book from the Kindle library for free to get the techniques…

Just bottled crystal clear Ginger Beer with lovely chilli edge. 8% and a lively fizz. Great straight out of the fridge in a chilled glass.

I was showing a friend the book I got the recipe out of yesterday and noticed that had been reduced to 99p until the 9th of August.
