kit was realy impressive 2 packs of malt extract 1 pack of brewing sugar and a small pack of priming sugar . 20g of saison yeast and 100g of dried hops instructions are realy simple and straightforward one thing suprised me the brewing temp for saison is 20-32°c i have no heater belt so put it in wheely bin bag inside a cardboard box with an old sheet round it . starting og was 1.044 so will check it in a week brewing time 10 to 14 days
The fermentation process itself will raise the temperature up to 10F. I don’t know what that translates to in Centigrade.
