I just Bottled up a Dunkelweisen that tasted great. I acidentaly over hopped it by about 25% but after tasting I have high hopes/expectations for this batch. Primed it to 3.5 vols. That is the highest vol bottled and placed them in a location that is bottle bomb friendly just in case. Cant wait to crack one.

I just brewed up a 20 gallon batch of Vienna Lager for a Christmas party at a friends house. So to make room, I kegged 2 batches that were fermented out - a lager and a pale ale.
Now I need to get 4 kegs killed off in the next month to get a place to rack the VL when it gets done!
not this weekend but I packaged 1.5 liters of sort-of-pilsner-but-not-really-because-i-used-ofest-yeast-and-i-don’t-know-what-color-my-homemalted-grain-actually-is that I made using some home malted very pale malt. not sure if it’s pilsner pale although the color on the finished beer looks pretty close. it’s carbonating via the carb cap and lagering at the same time.
