Kegerator advice.

I am about to start a remodel that will include an under the counter/built in kegerator.  I looked around for one about 5 years ago, and today sticker shock doesn’t begin to cover it.  So, if I’m going to spend 2k on one of these things what features should I insist upon.  What I’m trying to avoid is I heard about the cheaper models don’t have compressors and their life span isn’t nearly as long.

Look for used restaurant equipment near you. Online auctions also.
