So I’m thinking of purchasing a dual tap kegerator. For the sake of space in my apartment… is it possible to ferment a Carboy AND have a corny keg serving. I know major temperature different but with a ferm wrap could it keep the carboy warm enough while also being cold enough to serve?
I would guess the fermwrap would warm up the entire kegerator.
I suppose you could do a lager ferment, no D-rest, no cold crash, no cold lagering. However, separate chambers are ideal.
