You should make some dark beers some time.  ;D

Exactly what I was thinking!

Wow, that’s a lot of beer!!!

Looks like you have been brewing every weekend.

The clarity of your brew is beautiful.

Looks like you are not into porters or stouts, and favor pales to ambers.

Of the brews you have brewed this year.  Do you have any brews which have stood out, head and shoulders above the rest?

Wowza!  Nice work. U sure u thirsty? ;D

Weather never changes there?  Looks like the grass gets brown some times.

Cheers to next year.

I didn’t brew my limit this year.  :frowning: However my New Year resolution is to brew lots of smaller batches.

We do brew 1 or 2 Belgian Strong Dark Ales per yr for winter time drinking.

Hey its Fla. hot/dry - hot/wet- cold/dry -cold/wet but mostly just hot-n-sticky
< edit to add >

It was snowing here one morning this past week, the air was 28F and the fog turned into
a snowy dust.

We brew on average once per week-> practice makes perfect.

The more I brew the better the beer, the better the beer, the more I must brew:wink:

Most of the recipes are just tweaked from  the basics, fine tuning really.

There was a few that stood out:

Did this recipe on a lark but it was the surprise of the yr>
