Looks like you are not into porters or stouts, and favor pales to ambers.

I didn’t brew my limit this year. However my New Year resolution is to brew lots of smaller batches.
We do brew 1 or 2 Belgian Strong Dark Ales per yr for winter time drinking.
Hey its Fla. hot/dry - hot/wet- cold/dry -cold/wet but mostly just hot-n-sticky

It was snowing here one morning this past week, the air was 28F and the fog turned into
a snowy dust.
We brew on average once per week-> practice makes perfect.
The more I brew the better the beer, the better the beer,the more I must brew…
Most of the recipes are just tweaked from the basics, fine tuning really.
