Looking for a beer recipe

Hello
im a new brewer looking for my third batch of beer.
What i am looking for is a stronger mouthfeel beer with hoping around 15 to 20 ibus without a lot of bitterness. And im an extract brewer.
What would everyone suggest?

Stouts or Scottish ales.

Invest in a copy of brewing classic styles. Solid recipes all in extract with all-grain conversion.

William’s has a really good Brown Ale with a good mouthfeel and little bitterness. Also, their spiced brown ale is good.

Also, FWIW, you can add Maltodextrin to the boil to increase body and mouthfeel in low-gravity beers.

+1 to Scottish ales for malty mouthfeel and low IBUs.  Belgian dubbel is another good idea.

What have you brewed so far? What do you like to drink?

Scottish ales are a good choice, as are stouts and porters. English brown ale would be a good choice as well.

If you can brew lagers, then just about any lager style will get you what you’re after, especially Märzen or anything darker.

I have brewed a honey wheat and have an apple ale going.  Tried a commercial breweries stout the other day and was a bit too bitter for me
Not really interested in lagers

Stout runs a wide range from dry to sweet, malty to hoppy, little to huge. Which commercial stout did you try?

Big muddy brewing company out of southern illinois

Their vanilla stout

Hmmm. From what I can find its a milk stout. That tells me you really like subtle flavored beers. See if you can find a bottle of New Castle Brown. Let us know what you think of that.
