Low ABV

First time pooster here. Second batch of all grain, 10+ batches of extract. Craeted a hefe recipe using brewers friend. Based on all the ingredients it has an abv of 2.67%. Suggestions on raising that ??? Thank you for any/all help:) recipe is as follows

How is the brewhouse efficiency only calculated at 35%? Something would have to go horribly, severely wrong to be that low.

At 155 F I am fairly sure that you should be doing better at extraction.  Measure the gravity and don’t rely on the calculator.
