Wife’s water just broke - due date was theoretically in 3 weeks but I have been advised to ‘not worry about it and get some sleep.’ riiiiiiight.

Ewwwwwww… No. Monitoring finished, water definitely broke, no contractions, she’s at the hospital and I’m getting some sleep while I still can. Thanks for the good words everybody.

Three weeks early is no big deal. My oldest daughter was exactly 3 weeks early. She’s always been healthy, came with all the proper accessories and is a joy to have around.
