More AHA members than usual have contacted us to say that their paper copies of the May/June 2016 issue were damaged or destroyed en route from the printer to reader mailboxes. It might just be a fluke, but if there’s something systemic going on, I’d like to try figuring out what it is.
Please answer the easy peasy poll to help us get some data. Thanks!
What best describes the physical condition of the May/June issue when you received it?
My copy arrived with about the first 10-15 pages and the cover bent in from the upper right corner down to almost the middle of the cover. Still readable, just wont lay flat
Thanks to all who have replied and voted so far. Right now it looks like it could just be a fluke, which is great news! I’ll leave this open for a few weeks, and hopefully we’ll continue to see 75+ percent reporting good condition.
If you haven’t yet received your issue, please send me a private message with your AHA member number and mailing address, and I’ll make sure we get one out to you ASAP!
Thanks to all who voted and offered feedback here. From what I can gather, the problems with last issue were mostly related to shipping and handling. Please PM or email me with any unresolved issues concerning damaged and unreadable issues, and we’ll hope for improved distribution in the Jul/Aug issue.
Thanks again for being AHA members and for reading Zymurgy!
