Milwaukee Water

According to: http://www.city.milwaukee.gov/ImageLibrary/Groups/WaterWorks/files/FinishedWaterQualityfrTreatmentPlants09.pdf is the Chloride level really 250 ppm and the Sulfate really 500 ppm in Milwaukee?

If I am interpreting it correctly both of these seem pretty far out of acceptable ranges for most beers and the ratio suggests a very bitter characteristic.

The first column looks to be the allowable limit.  The min, median, max are probably the yearly ranges and average.  Looking in those columns, it looks like Great Lakes water.  You could find the Chicago report online and compare.
