Multi grain lager

I’m toying around with a multi grain lager. Which non barely ingredients would you use? My recipe so far is 70% pils, 10% oat malt, 10% rye malt, 10% wheat malt. The rest of the recipe will be perle for bittering and .5 oz tettenger at 15. 34/70 yeast. Any suggestions ?

Flaked maize in that list too?

For me, I would either choose the oats OR the rye, but not both.

Spelt is pretty mice in multigrain bread, although i don’t know if I’d be able to pick it out in a lager.

The reason I posted was for that reason, I wasn’t sure which I wanted to drop for maize. It’s a novelty beer at this point but I decided on oats, wheat, and maize. All crops grown here in PA, according to google lol.

I like flaked barley in a pilsner. Gives it a nice creamy head and a bit of the six-row barley taste.
