Yup, one of the benefits of having an unfinished basement. 1" line all the way to the 250kBTU burners. I can get 23 gallons to boil in less than 30 mins!

Yes, I scored 20 of these barrels from a warehouse for a trade of homebrew, they’re 23 gallon stainless steel. Not heavy gauge or anything, but they had the perfect price. I’ve got a TIG welder, so I welded in the sight gauges and valve nipples, and insulated the mash tun. works very well!
