need Tilt nerds for advice

Been looking at the Tilt for the past year or more to purchase.
My set-up is a bank of refrigerators for fermentation chambers.
Sitting next to the refrigerators is my HP desktop computer.
I use this computer to run my Blichmann Tower of Power TOP-Link mash profiles.
I would like to use several Tilts at the same time, but have them continuously log data to my adjacent desktop computer.
I don’t understand if this is possible to continuously log data, perhaps with some second party software?
Or do I need to buy a separate Raspberry Pi to go that route?
Don’t want to use a phone, tablet or iPad to log data.
Appreciate any advice and suggestions.
JJ

Bluetooth supports multiple simultaneous connections. You should ask Tilt about your exact situation.

Reply from Marcus at Tilt:
“Tilt app does not work with a PC. You might consider a Raspberry Pi. We have an app that works with those.”
Looks like its Tilt + Raspberry Pi to make this project work.

The tilt app doesn’t.  But tilts can be integrated to a pc.  I run tilts on all my fermenters, and my brewing system is PC based.

Way cool software!!!
Exactly what I am looking for.
Intergraded to a PC?
How can I do this?

I run https://brucontrol.com/

Integration is as simple as a FW flash on an esp32 arduino.
