Saw this at Home Depot the other day and thought it was pretty cool. Should definitely fit a carboy and would be easy to setup with an STC-1000.

At that price, you should be able to get a chest freezer that would fit more than one carboy.

I have to admit it is pretty cool looking though.

Found a couple at other sites for closer to $200. Far from practical but thought it was interesting.
