one yeast, two different krausen colors.....

i’ve brewed more than a handful of times, but this is the first time i’ve seen this.  ideas?

That’s hop sludge (braun hefe).  Don’t worry about it.  Old books used to recommend skimming it off since it has a really nasty bitterness, but it tends to fall out or stick to the side of the carboy as fermentation winds down anyway.
