It’s easy to grow hops organically in New Zealand and Australia due to the lack of hop diseases and pests, but I was wondering if all hops grown there actually are organically grown.
Even if pesticides are not needed, a grower could still be using synthetic fertilizers.
The nice thing about growing hops at home is I don’t have to worry about being organic and can use sensible products on them.
It’s still mind boggling to me that using cigar-steeped water as a pesticide isn’t “organic”.
Aren’t non organic tobacco products notoriously full of chemicals?
My understanding was that handmade cigars and some pipe tobaccos were not. Could be wrong.

I hadn’t thought of that, just of pesticide and fungicide.
