Well simple ? Do i pasteurize store bought Mangos? I want to rack a 4.5 ABV blonde ale on to 3 or 4 pureed mangos. This is a 3 gal batch. If so how do you recommend doing it?
Just mix them with a little bit of cheap vodka and throw them in.
