I don’t think you will find them much cheaper. I’m pretty unimpressed with most of the sales honestly. ---

My faucets actually pour pretty well other than getting stuck ever once in a while. Having 1 Perlick and 3 of my current ones will just make them feel bad. ---

My issue with the ventmatics is the uncertainty in their future. They came and went before, what’s going to keep them from going away again. I hope they do stick around as they are nice. ---

I have two ventmatics that are 14 years old and I haven’t had to replace any of the bits.  I read that they did go through a bad spot but are apparently as good as ever now.  You could always get a few spare rings and seats.  Not much to break really. ---

I purchased two Ventmatics back in 2013. They were disappointing. Both faucets exhibited leaks and the finish of the metal parts was mediocre at best. They were returned for a refund. I took a look at the ventmatic website today and it looks like their finally back on track after a prolonged legal battle with Perlick. The New generation faucets look pretty good. Unfortunately, the recent product review by Brulosophy has sparked alot of interest so the current lead time is 1-2 weeks for their faucets. I may have to give them another try…
