PH Request

Can someone with a good meter take a reading of a degassed sample of Fullers ESB?

No rush. Its just a curiosity and I have a couple weeks till the info will be handy

It originally stabilized at about 4.16, but slowly rose over the course of a couple minutes while I went grab my phone to snap a pic.

Lines up well with that Weyerman pH in the Brewery powerpoint that puts English Ales at 4-4.2pH

Yup. Ales are typically slightly more acidic than lagers.
