Promash help needed...Evaporation rate

I can’t seem to change the Evaporation Rate.  I’ve been in the System Settings, but can’t seem to figure it out.  I want the Evaporation Rate to be 2 gallons per hour.  This is how it currently looks:

Pre-Boil Amounts

Evaporation Rate:      15.00    Percent Per Hour
Pre-Boil Wort Size:    8.24    Gal
Pre-Boil Gravity:      1.048    SG          11.87  Plato

Options > System settings > [mash system, evaporation] > evaporation - gallons radio button > back to settings > save as default.

Load session > water needed >enter evaporation rate - should be in gallons.
