Hi, going to be brewing a pumpkin beer recipe shortly here in Argentina. I have brewed a few pumpkin beers over the years. Found the recipe for Punkin Head on the AHA site and was wanting to connect with the original inventors/brewers of this recipe or someone who has brewed it. Wanted to get an idea of the tasting notes of the final brew, and possibly link up to Instagram accounts as we’ll be doing a colab here in relation to La Copa Patagonica. Regards to all, James

perfect - so I haven’t made that particular recipe before that seems like a pretty good base to start from. Nothing too weird. The bittering hops could be anything and the liberty knockout hop could be subbed with anything “noble”.
The curious part to me is - are sugar pie pumpkins available in Argentina?
Papi! We have better pumpkins than sugar pie! Hahahaha! Actually I was looking more for feedback on the malt profile and body of this particular recipe and tasting notes on the final result.
