When I print out the recipe, the type is in such a small size it is hard to read. How do I increase the print size so it can be read more easily?

You can try printing in landscape. The print view is essentially a webpage. The program is set to fit to page to prevent items from being clipped. Printing landscape will give you a bit more width. You can also try the alternate formats to see if one of those works better for you, but they don’t always include the same information.
i don’t have that issue printing…not sure why yours does. mine prints full page normal size.
Try the “Brew Steps” configuration. That’s the one I use on brew day, and it is super easy to read.
