This is my recent oak-aged vanilla cardamom baltic porter.
And this is the American Wheat Ale.
Both are absolutely fantastic! The baltic porter is malty and slightly sweet with hints of oak and vanilla with a light cardamom finish. The American Wheat Ale is crisp, light citrus, and a light amarillo hop finish.

That’s a really interesting combo! Head looks great on the wheat. I’m always convinced my pictures a going to show either (although they usually don’t).
The baltic porter used to have a decent head on it, but now that it’s nearing the end of the keg the head has all but disappeared.

I swear this happens to me with almost every keg I am just about to kick! Any thoughts why?
