I recently inherited some ingredients from a friend who is getting out of brewing looking for some ideas.
I have
3lbs of Belgium Munich
5lbs of Vienna malt
3lbs of pilsener
And about 2.5 pounds of assorted caramel and chocolate malt
Along with 5 Oz’s of comet and 8 ounces of nugget hops
What the heck, it was free, sounds to me like it’s like time for some stew. Unless there’s more chocolate than caramel, throw it all in together with maybe an ounce or so of Nugget for bittering and 1 or 2 ounces of Comet WP @ flameout. It won’t conform to any style, but I’ll bet it’ll be tasty. I’d probably limit the batch size to ~4 gallons for a higher O.G.
