recommendations for online supply parts? XLR, temp probes, pickup tubes......

Any recommendations on where to buy XLR connecting cable and temp probes?  I’m building a herms setup and want the probe to thread into a stainless steel tee.

Also looking for whirlpool and pick up tubes that push into the fitting.  $28 each online seems very expensive.

I got all my stuff from Amazon. Got a killer deal on the RTD’s. They were somewhere around $13  each. And the XLR’s I got in a five pack for under $10
