[u]Alan "Mr. Fabulous’ Rubin[/u] passed away on June 8. RIP Mr. Fabulous.
I guess Jake came and told him they are getting the band back together… Man, can you imagine the horn section he’s playin’ in now?
Holy crap! No way! The music world is a much poorer place, without Mr. Fabulous. I truly loved the Blues Brothers, and Alan made that group happen. Wow. Never will there be again a trumpet player of his quality.
I have a Blues Brothers tattoo, and his face is on it, along with all the others. Truly, a sad day. RIP
