I have the 15 gallon Ruby Street Fusion 15 Electric system with the HERMS coil in the HLT. I’ve done 14 batches with it and love it! I should have bought the 20 gallon size as the 15 doesn’t lend itself readily to twin 5 gallon Cornie fills for the bigger/biggest beers. So I bought some 3 gallon Cornies and will make them work on my attempt at a Elevation Brewing Co. False Summit 11.7% clone recipe.
Just wondering if there are other 15 gallon system owners out there to share tricks and tips and suggestions. I’ve asked Ruby Street to consider setting up a blog on their website and Brian is looking into it. Every batch is a learning experience. My brew log is filled with ‘Next Batch’ entries. Would love to pool/share knowledge.
