How much do you use in your brown ales?
Not over 2 or 3% for me. I’m sure others may feel differently.
Edit - That’s in a MO base which is already toasty. If it were in a domestic 2 row base, 5 or 6% is good IMO.
It’s a bold malt - VERY biscuity, IMO. Don’t stack it with victory, biscuit malt, or anything like that. I would use no more than 4-8 oz per 5 gallons.
