5 lbs. German pilsner malt
4 lbs. Belgian pilsner malt
8 ozs. German Vienna malt
8 ozs. white wheat
4/5 oz. saaz @ 3,2% to FWH
1 1/4 oz. home grown sterlings @ 7% (_+) for 60 minutes
pinch irish moss plus 1/4 tsp. nutrient for 20 minutes
1/2 oz. h.g. sterlings for 12 minutes
1 oz. h.g. sterlings to steep
2 gallons in one carboy with S-189
1/4 oz. wakatu plus 1/3 oz. saaz to dry hop
2 gallons in second carboy with Munton’s
1/2 oz. glacier to dry hop
mash at 152f for 45 minutes
