Hi all. Judy wondering what I should do here. I took a Fast Ferment bulb about half full of yeast which had been cooled since I kegged that beer. I warmed it up, added my Fast Pitch, and water. I set it on my Maelstrom at speed 3. One hour later it was so active it pushed the foam stopper out and spilled a little. I cleaned it up on the outside only, swirled it, and it calmed for the moment.
I plan to brew tomorrow. Should I cool it to let it go dormant, let it buck, leave it at room temp but not stir, or just slow the stirring?
Thanks
