Steele Reserve drink finds rat in can

I would find this plausible, but I assume that MillerCoors produces their own cans on site to reduce costs basically eliminating the chance of a rat climbing into and dying in a can.

Yes, but federal law allows bugs and other rodent parts in our food. Wouldn’t a whole rat be ok? LOL. :stuck_out_tongue:

I’d be surprised it they did produce their own cans, but I have no first hand knowledge.

I was basing this off of AB producing its own cans close to breweries. I could be way off

Or Ball in Golden. They aren’t owned by MillerCoors, but it makes sense to be across the street from your biggest customer.

And incidentally, I call shenanigans. Nothing the size of a rat gets through QC in a MillerCoors plant. Wasn’t there a finger in a beer a few years back that turned out to be fraud?

Did the fact that it had flavor tip him off?

And i’m with Sean on the shenanigans. Was. The guy’s name MacKenzie, by any chance?

When I lived in the Middle East we’d find all sorts of crap in filled soda bottles. Leaves, bent bottle caps, rusty bolts and even a bicycle chain once. But mostly dead flies.

One learned to hold a bottle up first for inspection.

+2.  Haven’t seen that movie in forever - I’m pretty sure that was the inspiration.  ;D

Probably dove in to commit suicide.

There’s a mouse in my beer hoser!
