Stone Wood Fired Grill

Almost done. It words great. The grate is for a round Weber. I love being able to manipulate the hot spots by moving coals around. The grate can also be positioned higher. In the higher position I can cook a whole chicken without it being engulfed in flames when the fat renders. I can also arrange it smoke:

Fish is something I still can’t cook consistently right on the grill. Looks tasty!
