I want to join the stout competition i just read about in the new Zymurgy!! This would be my firs attempt at such a thing and am excited to get feedback from the experience but…how much do i send??? Any help advice would be great! THANK YOU

I’m not sure what the rules are for independent brewers.
My advice to you is, if you’re in an area with one or more established HB clubs, go to a meeting and get feedback on your beer from at least one experienced brewer.
While brewing is a solitary hobby, beer tasting is social - you can learn a lot about brewing by talking with other brewers and having them taste your beers. I’ve made some great friends through my HB club!
