Does anyone have an IPA recipe that really accentuates a sweet orange flavor & aroma using only malt, hops, yeast and water?
The best advice I can give is to use Bells house yeast, as that is what gives Oberon the orange-ish flavor. Harvest it from the Amber or Pale Ale as those are lower ABV and the yeast will not be stressed.
I thought this beer had a really strong orange flavor from the hops, very tasty:
